Not even the correction to call back the customer when he leaves a message asking for a response!
And even after having come to reiterate his request ... still no answer despite the seller's commitment 😡 obviously not wanting to sell a vehicle ...

Deplorable welcome.
When I came to find out about a malfunction in progress on my Mazda 2, the person at the "reception", after having finished filing his papers, sharply referred to me "call Mazda Lorient here you are at a loss". Yes, but I'm still at Mazda! Claim he didn't seem to understand.
Does he know he works at Mazda? Without doubt, no!

This Mazda dealership is really excellent.
The exchange and recovery of my old vehicle and the recovery of the new one was done very fluidly despite the current situation (confinement).
The recovered vehicle was clean, the tank was full, the seller very professional.
I recommend the dealership and the Mazda brand without hesitation.
